Yossi's Journey

Yossi's has a rich life experience; growing up in Tel Aviv, he served three years in the Israeli navy, lived with tribal Bedouins in the Sinai Desert. He later studied business and philosophy in academic and authentic environments. He returned to the Amazon to the valley that almost claimed his life ten year earlier and made it his home, building Chalalan a model eco-village that inspires the amazon basin and the world. Yossi Organised two national reunins of all tribes to inform them on issues of intellectual properties in the context of their knowledge of power plants and their rights and roles in the fight over resources in the amazon. His efforts and work contributed to the creation of the Madidi National Park the largest biosphere conservation belt in the amazon. The next phase of his life was spent in what he calls 'the field of agony' dedicating 7 years of his life to the treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration of opiate addicts throughout the world. He has initiated different business ventures, published two books and two musical albums. Yossi has been involved in grassroots efforts for reconciliation and healing in the Middle East. Currently he is passionately working on a semantic web application. Yossi is married to Belinda and father to three daughters Mia, Cayam and Nissim, they live in Israel, Australia and the USA.
