It Is All Temporary

It is all temporary - your youth, your health, your life itself. Why become attached to the things that are most perishable? If you are born, you will get old. Accept that and lose the vanity of youth. Its days are short as a season. If you are born, you will age and you will ail. Know that and lose the vanity of health. It will end. If you are born, you will age and you will ail and you will die. Accept that and lose the vanity of this life. It is but a passing episode.
