The Time Is Now

There is no other time but now, the elusive present moment. The passage of time - the existence of the future and the past - is an illusion. The future is real only as you dream it in the present. The past is real only as you conjure it into the present.

Ask nature for the time. Ask a tree, ask a rock, ask a bird. You will see that they all have the same answer, that they are all synchronized to the universal clock, that they always have the exact and accurate time - the time, they will tell you, is NOW. A bird knows when and where to migrate. A fish knows when and where to spawn. The present is the most natural state for all living things because all other time exists in the mind only, it cannot be experienced.
If you want to live life, live it now. Live it now as if this moment is all you have.
Live it now as if this moment is eternal, there is nothing but a
constantly unfolding now.
