We have evolved quickly, and there is a discrepancy between our bodies and our lives. We do not hunt and gather, we do not chase or run, we do not climb trees. Our bodies atrophy and we lose access to the secrets contained within. Make time for your body. Explore it, maintain it - walk, run, climb, breathe deeply - do all of the things the body was designed to do. All beasts do what is necessary to maintain their bodies. The beast uses the body in perfect alignment with its purpose.
Do not underestimate the body. We let our bodies go, but still want to feel good - mentally, emotionally, physically. When we feel good physically, we feel good emotionally, as do all beasts. Our emotions and mental states are tied to our bodies. Health is our main asset. When we are physically sound, we can be emotionally and mentally sound. Go back to the body; find encouragement there.
